After giving you a preview of only some of the hottest new trends for the Spring 2009 season theres one trend that is going to stick out through them all and catch everyones attention, the wide varitety of colors. Now-a-days, choosing just one color for your outfit is not common. Now, you can choose a wide variety of colors and be able to pull off wearing them at the same time. Although, this trend became hot last year, brightness is in the air this season more than ever. As mentioned earlier, shoes are taking a step up and adding multiple accesories, and some of the most popular shoes are going to be the bright ones. Many designers choose the bright colors in anything from accesories to your favorite garmet to be worn especially in spring because it brings out and symbolizes such a beautiful season, after going through such a dull colorless winter. From bright reds, yellows, and oranges, pinks even to greens, the bright colors are what to look for this season. Brightness states a fact that you are sure of yourself, confident, and such bright colors express the joy and femininity you have within yourself; with some examples pictured below.



However, your classic browns, blacks, whites, and greys arent and probably will never be going anywhere. They are still as hot as they were in the winter season, with grey getting more and more popular into every season. From your knitted heavy material sweater in winter to a knee length clothy dress, these neutral colors will go well with anything or look great by themself making them a perfect variety of colors to choose from for your everyday outfits.


An accessory that seems to be not only a priority to have within a womens collection but a necessity would be handbags and purses. Rather large, or just small enough to hold with one hand, handbags/purses complete and express a womens personality all compacted into one accessory. Handbags/purses have grown to be visisble more and more within a womens complete look. For manay celeberties, it's a way to show off who they are. Of course, you guessed it, handbags/purses for this Spring season are all about color! The bright colors are being seen more and more on handbags/purses along with almost any color imagined. Of course, wide variety if sizes/styles of totes and clutches are available, giving everyone an opportunity to choose exactly a look that will fit their likings. Not only are handbags/purses used for fashionable purposes but they can provide many different helpful ways for one to tote stuff around. Whether it's to cary around items for college classes in a bigger tote bag or to store a wad of bills and a couple credit cards in a small compact clutch while spending an evenning going out. Handbags/purses are convienient and have never ending styles to choose from. Kinda of like shoes, you can never have enough. Long straps, short straps, chain straps, buckles, patchwork, sequence, leather, you name it and a purse somewhere out there has it. Whether it's to dress up or dress down an outfit, purses are a must have. With the economy the way it is many designers are focusing more on accessories then garmets, which puts even more attention on purses making them hotter than ever this Spring! So be wild and fun and choose your favorite colors to flaunt this spring. Whether its bright orange and lime green or black and grey, color yourself and make your own statement!

Spring is on its way!

With Spring being right around the corner and nicer weather on its way towards us opens up many different and new styles. We have the time to prepare now, shop all we want for our spring attire making us even more prepared once the warm weather jumps upon us. Cutting off layers of clothes moving to more lighter material, short sleeves, different makeup shades, different hairstyles, you name it and im sure it's something that you will slowly change while approaching spring and warmer weather. Heading into spring 2009 opens up fashion trends that are either new fashion styles that may or may not stick with us, or styles from the year previous that may have played such a big impact that their back again. For instance, last years Spring shoes were all about the different toe shapes and the heel height of the shoe. Now, this Spring its all about detail, and bright colors. If it's anything that looks boring its out of the picture. Chains, buckles, sequences, straps, anything that will catch someones eye as you walk by is the definite way to go this spring. These different accessories are featured on everything from heels to sandals. A lot of designers this year are using a variety of material ranging from leather to printed fabrics. Flower patterns will be seen not only on shoes this season but on garmets aswell. It's an elegant pattern that is most seen in Spring.


With the wide variety of new trends being added to the shoe section this Spring it's opening us ladies up to something new and classy to top off our spring wardrobes. As seen below, their are a wide varity of different styles one can choose from, with these only being a handful of what's out there to choose from. With the newest trends in shoes being focused on mainly heels, you still cant forget about flats. Flats are just as, or can be at times even more sexier than your avergage heel. Flats can presesnt a vibrant look to complete ones outfit just as much as heels can.

Unlike some of the shoe styles changing this spring, something that's going to be sticking around from last year is the shoulder look. Last spring, hotter than cleavage and more elegant than showing off your legs in a stunning dress, its the shoulders we want to see more of and is a great feature to show off emphasizing on the neck. Back again this spring hotter than ever, the one shoulder dresses and shirts are going to be another big excitment to this years springs attire. Whether trying to find that perfect outfit to go out in or just a typical daily outfit the over the shoulder look will do the job and provide an elegant look to oneself.

As mentioned before, many aspects of style are suddenly changed to oneself once spring approaches. One major thing women focus on and change more frequently around spring and summer is their hairstyle.What seems to be most common within our celeberties this spring is to mix it up a little and do something a little backwords. When getting highlights, typicaly you see the highlighted part throughout the whole length of your hair. Now what seems to be the trendiest way of getting highlights is having the highlights more focused at the bottom of your hair, while slightly fading into a solid color towards the crown of your head making your roots stand out. Jessica Beil is one of many who have been spotted with this newest method of highlighting ones hair.

Spring gives us a chance to let loose and shake off our winter habbits. With the media displaying spring styles as early as they do only gives us a chance to get a head start. So start collecting ideas to create your hot soring 2009 style which is only a couple months away!

Winding down winter

As you know the cold weather is still out there, but it is slowly and surely working its way into the great season of spring! Everyones winter wear is gradually getting less looked upon in our closets day after day and being replaced by the new spring 2009 clothing line. Although, some of the trendiest winter stlyes may still stay and become a part of spring styles aswell. Such as highwasted pants/skirts. Highwasted pants/skirts have had a huge imapct in winter 2008/2009. The waste is in this season and will most definitley be sticking around. Although the low rise pants/skirts are still being worn, the new trend is slowly working its way up the stomach. Some women actually prefer the highwaste style, making a more slimmer image. Pictured below is Hollywood actress America Ferrara who's not one bit shy to represent her non zero size body with a fashionable knee high pencil skirt.

With the waste being so in this season, on top of highwasted pants and skirts, anohter great way to flaunt the waste is with a decorative or plain and simple belt. Belted coats to belted dresses, you name it and a belt will most likely look stunning and complete the look. Accesories can always help add that last touch. There's many different styles to choose from for everyones different purpose and taste. Ranging from your traditional thin leather belts that easily hook into a hole to thick belts with decorative/creative ways of hooking the two ends together.

Either to emphasize an outfit, show off your awesome body, or to hide a problematic area, belts are the way to go. From celebrities even to our first lady, many women find this trend to be one of the greatest. Michelle Obama, pictured below, shows how anyone varying from teenagers to adults can pull off the belt trend. Winter to Spring, even well into Summer, belts aren't going anywhere and can be worn throughtout various seasons ahead. Considering belts are able to be worn well into further seasons, this is an accessorie one should not feel guilty about after purchasing. Once it's time to store away you're winter clothes, your highwasted pants/skirts, and variety of belts can be left out for more wear and tare throughout the warmer seasons. Winter is a pleasant and beautiful season but there are some things that irritate us about it, including the frigid cold temperatures. Although at times the fresh sparkling white snow can be a beautiful view, most people get tired of it after a while. In order to keep the vibe lively, spicing up your outfit with the latest fashion trends will do the trick. Accessories, colors, and any of the hottest fashion stlyes can turn a dreary winter day around. That's why its important to keep updated with your latest fashion. After discussing some of the trendiest winter jackets I thought moving on to scarves would be a great place to start. Which are huge this season. To keep you even more toasty and to top of a great outfit or your winter jacket, going with a fashionable scarf is your best bet. Laced and short to silky and long, the wide variety of scarves and the multiple different ways of wearing them makes it just as more fun to get ready. Pictured below are common ways scarves are worn. Casually thrown around the neck hanging loosly is a great way to show off your fashionable scarf.

One of the most important things to cover to keep you warm is your neck. The neck will provide a huge source of heat to your body as long as its covered. Even though the majority of the new trendy scarfs are made for more fashionable purposes, that's not true for all. Some of the scarfs are a little more thicker than others and most are pretty long. Which makes it capable for them to wrap around your neck multiple times, keeping you nice and warm. The more common scarves are made out of jersey and can be wrapped around your neck multiple times as well. These kind of scarves give you something to play with and gives you a chacne to be creative. They allow you to creat your own look for yourself, depending on how you choose to wear your scarf. This winter season the silk scarf is something new. Not as warm as others but something everyone is obsessing over. They are more decorative and can turn your favorite top to a even hotter look. Another great way to accesorize your outfit and spice up those dreary winter days is to add jewelry. It's an accesory that can make even the most horrible garment look good. This winter 2009 super-sized jewelry is in.Multple chains around the neck and armfuls of bangles is the way to go. Anything thats bold, big and makes a statement works. Below, are a few necklaces that are hot picks to add to your winter clothes.Along with bold and massive jewlry, beeds are a great pick aswell this winter. Beeds are a cheap and trendy way to glamour up. When it comes to picking the color of your beads as usual, black is the most common. Black is a great color to stick with if your indecisive, it's always been a popular color but this winter season its stronger than ever. Red appears to be making a top spot in the jewlry department, along with in fashion as well. Expect to see lots of red this season.
